Processing

We received your order and its processing at Martflare. Your order will be soon packed. Once your order is packed, the status will be changed to “Shipped via Blue-Ex”. If the order details are complete i.e Name, Address and Contact number, the order will be confirmed automatically. Else your order will be put “on hold” and you will be called for confirmation.


Shipping By Blue-Ex
Your order is now confirmed and tracking IDs and Bookings are now been issued and email for your order. This means that your order will be soon out for delivery (within 3 to 5 hours).

Ready To Ship
Your order is now handed to the logistics services and soon it will be flying towards its destination. Your order might be delivered in between 2-3 working days from now, depending upon the logistics services.

Out For Delivery
Your Order is on its way. You might expecting your parcel within 2-3 working days.

Completed
Your order is now delivered. Enjoy your Product.

Delivery Failed
The rider couldn’t find your location mentioned in the order address. A re-attempt will be scheduled next day. If you find this as your order status, kindly contact our customer support email at contact@martflare.com

Cancelled
Your order is now failed to deliver and returned back to Mart Flare. Kindly replace your order with correct details again at martflare.com
